This phase II trial studies how well intra-tumor injection of double checkpoint inhibitors work when given alone and in combination with chemotherapy or/and bevacizumab in treating patients with previously untreated stage I-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab, pembrolizumab or durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in interventional radiological chemotherapy, such as idabubicin, can directly kill the cancer cell and release tumor antigens to activate DC function in situ. Giving intra-tumor injection of checkpoints inhibitors with or without chemotherapy and/or bevecizumab may work better than in vein infusion of the drugs in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
Eligibility: 18 Years to 75 Years · All · 1. Histologically or cytologically confirmed previously untreated non-small cell lung cancer. If a diagnostic biopsy is available, a pre-treatment biopsy is not required. Patients with a suspected lung cancer are eligible, but pathology must be confirmed prior to initiating treatment on study.

The purpose of this study is to develop new ways to make medical images of the lungs and liver of adults using a technique called four-dimensional magnetic resonance imaging (4D-MRI). This technique produces three-dimensional movies of the inside of the chest and abdomen while the patient is breathing. (The fourth dimension is time!)
This new way of medical imaging is being developed to help cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy. Radiation therapy is used to treat cancerous tumors. For radiation therapy to be effective, the precise size, shape, and location of the tumor within the body must be known. A particular difficulty for radiation treatment of lung and liver cancer is that the tumor moves during treatment because the patient is breathing. Therefore, tumor motion must also be incorporated into the treatment plan. This study aims to improve radiation treatment planning through better targeting and dose estimation based on 4D-MRI. Before this new imaging method can be used for radiation treatment planning, it must be tested in living, breathing volunteers.
Eligibility: 18 Years to 82 Years · All · The inclusion criteria for lung and liver cancer patients are:
* Patient is 21 or older
* Patient has primary or metastatic tumor(s) in the lungs or the liver
* Diameter of the tumor(s) is less than 7 cm
* Patient will receive radiation therapy (ordered by the treating Radiation Oncologist) as part of their treatment regimen
* Patient will undergo a planning CT scan with tumor motion assessment (planning 4D-CT ordered by the treating Radiation Oncologist) as part of their treatment regimen
* Patient has signed informed consent and is willing to comply with the 4D-MRI imaging protocol
The inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers are:
* Subject is 18 or older
* Subject has signed informed consent and is willing to comply with the 4D-MRI imaging protocol

This clinical trial tests how well a geriatric assessment (GA) with GA-directed treatment recommendations, compared to GA with usual care, works in identifying risk factors, reducing chemotherapy radiation toxicity and functional decline, and improving the overall quality of life in older patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Older patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy are at an increased risk of adverse outcomes including treatment toxicity and functional and physical consequences. This makes it very challenging for the physicians to balance the benefits against the risk of chemotherapy in older cancer patients. A geriatric assessment may be useful in identifying risk factors for chemotherapy radiation toxicity. Communicating these geriatric assessment findings and assessment-based recommendations to a patient's treating physicians may help them make more informed decisions about treatment options for patients. Making treatment decisions using GA-based recommendations may reduce adverse events and improve outcomes in patients receiving treatment for NSCLC.
Eligibility: 60 Years to · All · * ONCOLOGY PHYSICIANS INCLUSION:
* Oncology physicians must work at the participating site with no plans to leave that site or retire at the time of enrollment into the study

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the head and neck. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and pharmacokinetics of azirkitug as a monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan.
Bevacizumab is an approved product, while budigalimab, azirkitug, and telisotuzumab adizutecan are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC, HNSCC, and other solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. The maximum-tolerated dose (MTD)/maximum administered dose (MAD) of azirkitug will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of azirkitug in monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan. Approximately 694 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across approximately 80 sites worldwide.
Participants will receive azirkitug as a monotherapy or in combination with budigalimab, bevacizumab, or telisotuzumab adizutecan as an Intravenous (IV) Infusion for an estimated treatment period of up to 2 years.
There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.
